We are in our second year of leasing office spaces here for our company & staff. The office space is always clean, and our clients enjoy coming here for meetings. The proximity to The Fountains is great for meeting clients for coffee or lunch. The conference room reservation system has always worked great.

Great location, beautiful office building! SPS offers suites of all sizes for your business needs. The building is perfect for professional service businesses in need of office space. SPS is close to City Hall, the Sutter County Courthouse, Sutter County Offices, DMV, and various retail/restaurant options making this a prime location in Yuba City. The tenancy includes on-site reception, weekly janitorial service, high-speed internet, utilities, and more which makes this a great place to have your business. We have been tenants for a happy 9+ years and counting.

Have leased an office space in this building since 2007. With the new ownership /management of the building there have been significant improvements. This is a nice quiet place to work provided with a friendly and helpful receptionist.

We love having an office here. The location is perfect and there's plenty of parking for clients and guests. The building is safe and always clean. It's quiet inside. Pam, the receptionist, is so helpful, friendly and consistent.

This office building is an exceptionally quiet place to lease space! There are so many benefits to having an office here: shared lobby and a friendly receptionist to greet your clients; incredible internet speeds you won't find anywhere else (unless you pay an arm & a leg!); plus weekly janitorial service just to name a few. Reasonably priced for all that is included. I highly recommend Succeed Professional Suites.
